TENWEST Festival Event Policies

General Event Rules

By participating in TENWEST and submitting this registration form, I consent to participation in the event and agree to abide by the event rules and guidelines. I understand that the event is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and harassment-free environment for all participants.

Ticket Refund / Cancellation / Transfer Policy

I acknowledge that tickets are nonrefundable. Tickets can be transferred until March 21, 2025. To request a ticket transfer, please contact info@tenwest.com with your email confirmation. Include the new attendee’s name and email.

Media Release

I grant organizers permission to capture photographs and videos of me during the event for promotional purposes, such as social media, the event’s website, and marketing materials. I understand and agree that I waive any rights or interest in the images or recordings as stated in this release. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify event organizers in advance.

Admittance & Age Requirements

I understand that to gain entry into each event, I must possess a valid ticket for that event (separate ticketing may apply per event rules). I understand that some events have age restrictions and attendees must meet the age requirements (i.e. 21+ events). Further, if you are under 18 but at least 13 years old, you must be accompanied by a chaperone.

Data Collection and Usage

I consent to the collection and storage of my personal information provided in this registration form for event administration purposes. My data will be handled with care and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Health and Safety

The safety of all attendees is a top priority. I agree to follow all health and safety guidelines issued by event organizers, including but not limited to COVID-19 protocols, emergency procedures, and venue regulations.

Accessibility

TENWEST Festival is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees. If I require accommodations, I will notify event organizers as soon as possible to ensure my needs are met.

Conduct and Behavior

All participants must adhere to the TENWEST Code of Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Organizers reserve the right to take necessary actions, including removal from the event, to enforce this policy.

Recording and Content Sharing

I acknowledge and agree not to record event sessions or share session details with non-participants without obtaining prior permission from the organizing team.
