Collaborative learning Strategies Using Technology to Engage Students -

This workshop will provide an opportunity to explore active learning strategies to support students with hands on learning techniques using 21st Century technology and will help support collaborative learning concepts applied by Pima Community College faculty to enhance critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills for students.

Brittany Leigh Ann Griwzow is an artist and computer scientist who loves creating and learning. Her preferred medium is watercolor and anything that can go into a sketchbook, with various tangential interests in book making, metal working, fiber arts, and traditional methods. She also thinks computer things are neat, like programming, digital illustration, photo manipulation, and animation. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in May, 2017.
Brittany is an educator with interests and a skill set that combines computer science and fine arts. She has spent the last 10 years tutoring programming, pursuing her own education, and advocating for improving student success wherever she can.
