Autism diagnosis rates have skyrocketed over the last two decades. The economic, social, and emotional costs of this trend are felt in every community and in workplaces across the country. We’ll explore the depths of the challenges, highlight innovators and social entrepreneurs who are disrupting the industry, and discuss how the business community can be a catalyst for embracing and improving the lives of people with autism.

David Stupay’s personal mission to help others has laid the foundation for his professional career. Stupay brings a presence and contagious energy to Heartspring while spearheading the organization’s efforts to build the capacity to serve more children locally, regionally, and nationally. In his time at Heartspring he has overseen a major campus expansion project and committed to significantly increasing the amount of financial assistance that Heartspring provides to uninsured and underinsured families in Wichita. In fiscal year 2018, Heartspring gave away more than $1.1 million in free or reduced fee services.
