Eric Majchrzak is chief strategy officer and shareholder for BeachFleischman PC, Arizona’s largest locally-owned CPA firm. He is responsible for BeachFleischman’s overall strategic growth initiatives, including innovation, transformation, market alignment, product/service development, M&A, joint ventures and marketing. Eric has been named multiple times to Accounting Today Magazine’s list of the “Top 100 Most Influential People” in the profession and has been acknowledged as one of the accounting profession’s pioneers of web-based marketing models. He was inducted into the Association for Accounting Marketing’s “Hall of Fame” in 2018 for his contributions toward digital transformation of the profession’s marketing practices. In 2015, he was named “Marketer of the Year” by one of the industry’s most respected trade journals, Inside Public Accounting. Eric enjoys his role with community outreach and often collaborates with local organizations to make an impact. He is an advisory council member for the ASU Lodestar Center for Nonprofit Innovation and Philanthropy as well as a national advisory council member of Thomson Reuters’ Checkpoint Marketing. Eric has advised multiple companies in the accounting space on new product launches. He is also Contributing author for Intuit’s Accountants Blog. Eric lives in Oro Valley, AZ with his wife, Rebecca, and two kids, Natalie and Mitchell.
