Katie Rogerson is the Chief Operating Officer for Tucson Values Teachers, an education/business collaborative whose mission is to help schools and districts attract, retain, and support high quality teachers for every classroom in Southern Arizona, while raising public awareness of the value of the teaching profession.
Katie has worked with education nonprofits in Southern Arizona over the past 10 years, including Arts Integration Solutions, The Opening Minds through the Arts (OMA) Foundation, KXCI Community Radio and the Foundation for Creative Broadcasting. Katie is a graduate of the Greater Tucson Leadership Class of 2017, and a “40 Under 40” honoree. She has 20 years of nonprofit management experience, has been a small business owner, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Willamette University.
