Ngoc is an early-staged investor whose 12-year banking/venture capital career includes extensive middle market transaction experience in Technology and Business Services investments at middle-market investment bank and family office. Ngoc has worked on advisory and capital markets transactions valued in aggregate at more than $1.3 billion. At DVI Equity Partners, Ngoc is responsible for sourcing, performing due diligence, and structuring investments in high-growth technology businesses. Prior to DVI Equity Partners, Ngoc held positions at the Desert Angels, and middle-market investment bank Houlihan Lokey in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Los Angeles. Ngoc is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. She earned a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona where she graduated as an Outstanding Senior of the Finance Department.
